“The Person Entitled to File a Complaint in White-Collar Crimes”
The study aims to approach and highlight, through various cases that may arise in practice, the significant importance that the institution of filing a criminal complaint has acquired in white-collar crimes, in light of the new Penal Code. At the end of the study, a critical evaluation of this new regulation is conducted.
