Eleftherios Chelioudakis is a lawyer with deep expertise in new technologies. For years, he has been providing his guidance on research projects and legal cases involving personal data protection, privacy, intellectual property issues (copyright, trademarks and industrial property), e-commerce and cybersecurity.  With a dual academic background in law and computer science, Eleftherios has the interdisciplinary knowledge and practical expertise needed to successfully manage complex cases, having worked on projects for international law firms, academic institutions, private companies, civil society organizations, European Union agencies, and international organizations. He is co-founder and Executive Director of Homo Digitalis, the first NGO in Greece dedicated to the protection of Human Rights in the modern digital age, which has achieved significant successes at national and international level.
