Legal Writing in Practice: Seminar for Young Lawyers
At Papatriantafyllou & Thanasenari, we strongly believe that every professional journey needs support at its starting point. For young or trainee lawyers, the practical aspects of daily legal practice often raise uncertainty.
The actual practice of law involves a series of real-world demands that are rarely addressed in the context of purely academic education. Issues such as drafting legal documents or presenting a case in court require familiarity with real-life conditions and specific technical skills—skills primarily developed through experience.
With these needs in mind, our law firm was honored to participate in a seminar for young lawyers, organized by the respected legal publisher Nomiki Bibliothiki, titled:
“Legal Documents – From Drafting to Court Presentation.”
The seminar was delivered by attorneys Elli Thanasenari and Yiannis Papatriantafyllou, with the aim of offering practical guidance and clear direction to those taking their first steps in the legal profession.
We are especially grateful for the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received. It affirms that there is indeed a need for substantial support and guidance among colleagues entering the legal field.
Our Philosophy at Papatriantafyllou & Thanasenari
At Papatriantafyllou & Thanasenari, we don’t view the legal profession as a competitive arena—but as a professional community. We believe that the sharing of practical knowledge is not a privilege, but a responsibility.
We stand beside young legal professionals not as distant “experts,” but as colleagues who have faced the same challenges and asked the same questions.
