Importantly, this value must reflect the actual <em>market value at the time of the alleged act<\/em>, not the original purchase price.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Case Background<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Our client had entered into financial leases for professional equipment with leasing companies in 2004\u20132005. Although the original value of the equipment was approximately \u20ac450,000, the client had dutifully paid over \u20ac320,000.
