Panagiota Brella advises businesses and private clients on civil and commercial matters in Greece. Her work with Papatriantafyllou & Thanasenari in Athens includes real estate advice and assistance in mediation.

She supports clients in negotiations and mediation proceedings, helping them assess their legal position, consider settlement options and understand the implications of proposed terms. Her advice takes account of both the legal issues and each client’s practical objectives.

Panagiota holds postgraduate degrees in civil procedure and in criminal law and criminal procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has published on mediation and the enforcement of judgments within the European Union.
